A Day In My Life

This was a challenge set by my nephew, Alex. Being a rock climbing instructor, he’s been training us daily: chin-ups; timed finger hanging; harness function; how to belay effectively and safely; top rope anchors; hardware placement….

Then to our first climb in the UK, nothing less than Symonds Yat on the Welsh border! I had to have made it up there to take the photos, and can’t wait to do it again, Alex …when it’s drier, warmer, and I’m a lot stronger.
